My daughter baby shower starts at 1 today. We ordered the food for the party. It is 12:45 and I was told it would be 6 more minutes. Apparently when we said we needed it by 1230 they didn't give a crap.

I was not impressed.. I ordered a number 2, fettuccine Alfredo with a pepperoni pizza slice. The pizza looked and tasted like it was left out for hours. $10 for a stale slice of pizza and some noodles with watered down sauce is what you can find here

Hmm first thing walking into the place it smelled like bathroom and cheap soap. Not surprising as the bathrooms are right there. Added additional toppings and I think it was 1.99 per each topping. They barely put any topping on it. What a rip. The smell of the dirty bathrooms and that smelly cheap pink soap scent stays in my head so I will most likely not be back to that location. Service was slow. Several of the crew outside smoking. : (

The lady running the drive thru was extremely rude cut me off while ordering. Very short with me at the window and was screaming at other employees if front of me. She was counting the drawer extremely pisses off. She handed me my food and closed the window on me while i was trying to ask for something then proceeded to ignore me for a while befire reopening the window. I am pretty sure she is the manager too which makes the situation even worse! I will never go back because of the horrible customer service.

Ambiance: For a semi-fast food place, this place has a more "restaurant feel" to it than other similar places. Order at counter, but hostess will bring your order to your table. Self serve sodas. Drive-thru window option. Service: Decent enough. Nothing spectacular though. Food: Pretty lousy! I haven't been to one of these places in years. Ordered their ravioli, which is filled with a cheap-grade ricotta, and covered in a meat sauce that tasted straight out of a chef-boy-arde can (no joke!). I could barely finish it, had such a "tinny" and artificial taste to it. I ordered two breadsticks, which did not arrive until I was 3/4 way done with my meal. They arrived still raw and doughy on their bottom halves. I guess I should have sent them back, but I was nearly done with my meal at that point (would have been nice to have had the breadsticks arrive fully baked at the same time my entree was delivered). Overall, I surely won't be back. For only $5 more I could have enjoyed a really good plate of homemade raviolis with awesome homemade meat sauce at Roman Villa, less than one mile away. Probably the worst choice one could make for so-called Italian cuisine in Colorado Springs!

I am not proud to be writing this. Fazolis serves up perfectly adequate southern italian food for a good price...and oh lord are their breadsticks good (and never-ending!). Over the past couple months I've stopped by for the combo plate (spaghetti with meat sauce, lasagna and fetticini alfredo, $6.99), lighter side chicken and brocoli alfredo $3.99 and their new baked cheesy spaghetti with meat sauce $3.99, with a meatball add-on +$1.49. None of their food will knock your socks off, but for the speedy service, friendliness of the staff and cleanliness of the facilities, they get a solid 3 stars. Frankly, they are the only fast food pasta place in town, so you get what you get. I also give them credit for trying to lighten up their menu with the healthier choices in pastas, though they are portioned for a small person--its enough for me, but it wouldn't even constitute a first course for a hungry farmhand (so be warned)....

Pretty good for semi-fast food. Friendly. Tasty. I had basil chicken meal. Meals come with salad and breadsticks. Seemed pricey, but its too much food to finish for one meal unless you like eating 3000 calories at one sitting. Go with smaller portion option.

Seriously, why is everybody hating on this place? We were trying to head to my fave Yakitori place, only to learn they had closed early that night. We were supposed to be at a friend's shortly and we needed to eat so we decided to come here. I hadn't been here since high school, but I remember being a fan of their unlimited breadsticks back in the day. My husband can't stop talking about this place. I think it may have been the highlight of his trip to Colorado. If you are trying to compare it to some fancy restaurant, you probably won't be happy. But compared to a fast-food place, this is a way better option. Hell, I'd rather eat here than Olive Garden any day. The employees were seriously the friendliest employees I've encountered in a long time. Super friendly, and they actually seemed to enjoy their job and care about their customers. The food was super cheap, we each got an entree and our bill was under $13 for two people. After we had paid we decided to try their seasonal cheesecake for $1.99. I don't typically like cheesecake but this was awesome! Cheesecake with some cinnamon apples on top drenched in caramel. So amazing, it was better than cheesecakes 5 times that price. So stop hating on this place and enjoy the cheap food and friendly service!

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
